Ian Howard – A Capital Plan: Photographing In London

In this talk, Ian will be taking us on 3 photographic walks across London. As we go through the routes we will look at some key locations, types of subject, opportunities along the way and see images taken. There will be source material for the club or individuals to reproduce and actively engage in a photo walk if they wish or just enjoy the images from across the capital. Ian’s talk will offer photographers a way to be more adventurous and explore the city with a structured and planned approach but without the need to adhere rigidly to the routes. Travel information, access difficulties and where to avoid, and duration are all considered. The talk as a whole is aimed at helping us as photographers to develop our style, take images we like and enable us to move towards being the photographer we want to be.
